- Deliver service installation, maintenance, and repair activities to quality and safety standards, following standard work routines and focusing on key performance metrics.
- Actively seek opportunities for controlled continuous improvement, identify and communicate process improvement opportunities for implementation across the service footprint.
- Professionally represent Survitec during customer interactions, utilizing extensive product knowledge to address technical questions regarding service requirements.
- Assist specialists in setting up and testing new products or processes; install complex systems according to your training and competence level, seeking guidance and support when needed.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identifying and diagnosing equipment and systems requiring emergency repairs.
- Develop knowledge of Survitec policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes to ensure work adheres to these standards.
- Collaborate with the Service Operations Manager to plan your monthly schedule, ensuring appropriate operational manpower.
- Follow Survitec Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions; identify and mitigate risks to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of yourself and others.
- Participate in assessments, development planning activities, and formal/informal training and coaching to improve your capabilities.
- Work towards competence in multiple product lines to become part of a flexible service operations workforce.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education and reading specialist materials.
- Follow stores requisition processes to maintain accurate stock levels and records.
- Collaborate with business improvement colleagues to implement a standard toolkit and contribute to problem-solving for process variances, identifying root causes and appropriate corrective actions.
- Educated to High School level
- Related experience enables you to operate unsupervised and at a fully competent level in a minimum of one Survitec service product line.
