- A degree in Accounting or Finance coupled with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification
- At least four years of transaction advisory experience in a corporate finance team
- Proven track record of managing financial due diligence processes efficiently and producing high quality draft reports
- Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Has the right to work in New Zealand
