We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team of corporate finance experts working with top-tier domestic and international clients.Baker Tilly Staples Rodway is a professional services firm offering Accounting, Tax, Audit and specialist Corporate Finance services. Who are we looking for?We are looking for someone who ticks all the right boxes:
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance coupled with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification
  • At least four years of transaction advisory experience in a corporate finance team
  • Proven track record of managing financial due diligence processes efficiently and producing high quality draft reports
  • Strong commitment and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Has the right to work in New Zealand
