We search far and wide to find people who want to share our vision and help continue our journey.We are seeking a new team member to join our Loss Prevention Team in our Blenheim Store.About the Role:Our Loss Prevention Team are dedicated to promote and maintain the highest level of awareness for safety, security and customer service by implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies to minimise risks and prevent loss ensuring a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss.If you are customer focused with a good eye for detail and an interest in Loss Prevention then we have the right role for you. Across the business we have an exceptional Loss Prevention team who are dedicated to implementing our core Loss Prevention strategies. By doing this, they ensure not only a safe and happy place to shop but it provides the opportunity to minimise risk and prevent loss.In this role, you will be;

Displaying a high level of Customer Service while on the shop floor
Identifying stock loss patterns and investigating loss causes
Ensuring all documentation is recorded and kept with a high level of accuracy
Maintaining and following the Farmers LPA Procedures and processes
Monitoring departments by Identifying and deterring suspicious behaviour

This position is Full Time working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday rosterAn ideal candidate would have these attributes:

Confident and willing to learn
Great at networking
Enjoys creating a rapport with people from all walks of life (and ages)
Hosp Experience would be considered
Able to excel in varied situations and determine the appropriate actions to take
Enjoys technology
Excellent oral and written communication essential
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
