- Event and Course administration.
- Recording and reporting of all costs & income
- Follow-up after events including communication with customers and data entry into CRM (previous Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Coordination of stock & equipment for courses and events.
- Reception and front of house duties.
- Hosting of internal visitors and meetings.
- Management of promotional items.
- Marketing and general office support and assistance.
- Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous event management and administration experience.
- A proactive attitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience of CRM preferred.
- Dental experience advantageous, but not essential.
- Present yourself in the highest standard with relation to dress and manner.
- Be living in Auckland with full NZ work eligibility.
