Ivoclar has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated & organised Event Coordinator to join our team. You will have a warm, friendly nature, can-do attitude, great attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure in this busy and varied role. Monday - Friday, 35-40 hours per week.Location: Rosedale, North ShoreAs leaders in continuing education for dental professionals, you will support the delivery of high-quality dental education activities, as well as trade show stands and various events and meetings throughout New Zealand. Involving a mix of event organisation and office administration, this role provides variety, challenge, and development to the successful candidate.Being the first point of contact for visitors to our Auckland Head Office, you will be friendly and efficient, and an excellent communicator with fluency in both spoken and written English.Your responsibilities
  • Event Coordination.
  • Event and Course administration.
  • Recording and reporting of all costs & income
  • Follow-up after events including communication with customers and data entry into CRM (previous Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Coordination of stock & equipment for courses and events.
  • Reception and front of house duties.
  • Hosting of internal visitors and meetings.
  • Management of promotional items.
  • Marketing and general office support and assistance.
To be successful for this role you must have:
  • Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Previous event management and administration experience.
  • A proactive attitude with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience of CRM preferred.
  • Dental experience advantageous, but not essential.
  • Present yourself in the highest standard with relation to dress and manner.
  • Be living in Auckland with full NZ work eligibility.
