Join us.Job DescriptionWhat will a day in this role look like:

Being a trusted People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to a client portfolio of around 300 employees; working closely with leaders to proactively drive HR practices that will increase the engagement of our people, contributing to organisational success.
In addition to partnering with your key client group, you will work as part of a core team of People & Culture specialists in Australia and NZ, enabling you to further extend your skills and knowledge as a HR practitioner.
Actively contribute to the ANZ People & Culture strategy development and support and assist the effective implementation of all Global and Regional People & Culture strategies.

QualificationsThe following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don't tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.What are we looking for from you?

Knowledge and experience managing and consulting on a broad range of HR generalist issues, including performance management, facilitation, talent, workforce planning and change management.
Confident in interpreting policy and providing advice to all levels of the business.
The ability to influence and inform a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to achieve strategic outcomes.
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
Experience using Workday would be beneficial but is not essential.
