This is an exciting opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a prosperous and profitable company and grow with the business going forward.You will be responsible for overseeing a team across the manufacturing site. The role will be crucial in driving transformative change and contributing to the success of the manufacturing division and the overall organisation.Some key responsibilities in the role include:
  • Develop and implement strategies to elevate production rates and efficiency
  • Analyse workflow and spearhead appropriate changes for enhanced efficiency
  • Manage raw material procurement on a global and local scale
  • Create weekly production plans to ensure timely project delivery
  • Regularly supervise and monitor the team
  • Oversee maintenance and repair work on workshop equipment, minimising downtime
  • Provide motivation, guidance, and support to a team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engaging the team in optimising performance and minimising waste
  • Utilise data analysis, innovation, and strategic thinking to push Lean principles
