Our Aelia Duty Free store, provides our customers with a wide range of Duty Free products and we are looking for someone that has a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!The role:Seeking Part Time Retail Assistants at Christchurch Airport.As a Retail Assistant you will deliver an outstanding customer service experience through your product knowledge and ability to provide recommendations and services to our customers. To execute your goals, you will receive regular, professional training so you will always be up to date on the latest products and trends! You will also:

Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand requirements
Maintain stock and merchandise presentation consistently and in accordance with Company standards

To be successful, you will need:

Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering a great customer experience to achieve sales targets.
Clear and confident communication skills and an ability to think on your feet and promote your brand.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Previous experience working in the retail industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card

We are looking to fill the current shifts:SHIFT 1 (24HRS)
Mon, Thurs & Sat 12pm - 4pm
Tues 10pm - 2am
Sun 12pm - 4pm & 10pm - 2am
(Wednesday and Friday off)SHIFT 2 (20HRS)
Weds Fri & Sat 12pm - 4pm
Thurs 12pm - 4pm & 10pm - 2am
(Sunday - Tuesday off)SHIFT 3(20HRS)
Fri & Sat 12pm - 4pm & 10pm - 2am
Sun 10pm - 2am
(Monday - Thursday off)SHIFT 4 (12HRS)
Tues 12pm - 4pm & 10pm - 2am
Weds 10pm - 2am (12 hrs)
