- Renewal of contracts, pricing, development and review forward work programmes
- Managing and developing internal capability.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within a contracting environment
- Ability to lead a team including the ability to coach, develop and manage performance
- Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts
- Experience in leading tender submissions
- Understanding of variation pricing including materials, labour, plant and associated margin / profit calculations
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Competent user of Word, Excel and Project, (Auto cad would be helpful but not essential)
- Stress management and excellent problem solving abilities
- Acts with integrity and delivers on commitments
- Ability to motivate teams to deliver required outcomes.
