We are looking for a Turf Manager to join our Team. This role will support the General Manager with the day to day running of Turf Technologies, overseeing the Team, Sites and Equipment.You will be able to build strong relationships with clients and help provide quotes, solutions and services for them. This role will also see you use your abilities to help with business development and carry out successful maintenance programmes. You will not be afraid to get out with the team when help is needed to get the job done.Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

Stakeholder management
Scoping and quotes new work
Managing and executing workflow of jobs
Staff leadership
Business development

Requirements:

Turf Management or similar experience
Proven Key Account Management Abilities
Experience in commercial and residential quoting
Proven staff management experience
Clear and effective communication abilities (written and verbal) for a varying audience
Proficient in MS Office
Experience using SimPro (for invoicing) preferred
