Needless to say they have a vast amount of knowledge and they believe that small can be beautiful.Grazing 100 cows on 100 acres their farm system is simple, but of course there is the complexity of no brought in feed and high attention to animal welfare. And with a high BW kiwi-cross herd and weed-free farm this is traditional farming at its best.Our clients live on-farm and this is a drive-in role so you'll need to live close enough to Newstead that an early commute is manageable. The shed is a 13as herringbone and cups go on at the start of the season at 6.30am, but this does get earlier as the season progresses.What our clients need is a highly energetic, enthusiastic and animal-focused team player.
