- Provide memorable guest experiences by demonstrating commitment to service excellence and maintaining brand standards.
- Guide & support the team in delivering outstanding and proactive guest services.
- Ensure that all daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete daily administration duties.
- Conduct guest arrivals and departures.
- Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and assist with daily and monthly reporting.
- Maximise loyalty membership signups and local tour sales.
- Effectively manage team rosters to meet budgets.
- Support Area Manager with hotel recruitment as required.
- Ensure room presentation and services meet brand standards by working closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
