We are on the hunt for our next client service superstar who will take charge of our main client reception and make the space welcoming.Your typical day will include:While a typical day for a receptionist can vary according to priorities and officewide movements, this person will be the front line of Dunedin Deloitte. They will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression on any visitors, and go above and beyond to help guests, clients, and staff alike.Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with:- A friendly and personable manner, with excellent communication skills- The ability to work efficiently and accurately- Experience multi-tasking and adapting to unexpected situations by problem solving- The ability to collaborate in a team environment, and work independently- Proven experience dealing with computer softwares such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint- A desire to learn and grow, in both a personal and professional capacityWe are driven to create an impact that matters at every opportunity.
