Are you a forward-thinking leader with a passion for driving production excellence? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production, pre-stage assembly, assembly, and machine shop operations. Join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring materials, resources, and machine operations are aligned to execute production plans seamlessly and exceed client delivery expectations.Key Responsibilities:

Team Management - lead and manage our dedicated team, setting KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a culture of growth and development.
Production Oversight - ensure smooth operations across pre-stage assembly, assembly, machine shop, glazing team, logistics, and dispatch, meet production targets with precision while not compromising quality.
Quality Management - enforce correct processes, health and safety requirements, and quality standards to drive results and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement and design to ensure seamless material supply and production alignment.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills required:

Leadership experience in a production role, coupled with a deep understanding of the manufacturing process and supply chain management
MPI accreditation is preferred, but not essential
Ability to navigate supply chain demands, ensuring seamless material flow and production efficiency
In depth knowledge of assembly line production, machining, casting, and injection molding process
Experience implementing and overseeing robust quality control measures to maintain product standards
Experience using Manufacturing Process software and Office 365
Successfully motivate and guide team members towards higher levels of performance and success
Uphold ethical principles and foster trust through transparent communication and actions
Ability to strategically plan and organise workflows to ensure efficient production operations
Inspiring, solution-focussed and has a knack for navigating challenges with optimism
