Healthvision is a leading provider of Specialist Homecare, Community Nursing, and Rehabilitation services throughout New Zealand.About Us:We are deeply committed to promoting well-being and improving the lives of our clients, working closely with individuals, families, and whānau to provide the quality care they need to live life on their terms while maximizing their independence.About the role:This is a permanent part-time (24 hours per week) position.Healthvision is expanding its remarkable team of Community Nurses in Auckland, and we are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to deliver exceptional wound care and specialized clinical services within the community. As a crucial extension of the primary healthcare team, our nurses are consistently recognized as wound care experts. The available position is highly autonomous with the flexibility to work around your lifestyle. You will receive comprehensive training and excellent clinical support.The preferred candidate would be based in South Auckland, New ZealandKey Responsibilities:
  • Provide wound care and specialist clinical services as per scope to patients in their homes.
  • Utilize your practical nursing knowledge and assessment skills.
  • Engage in case management and patient education.
  • Foster positive relationships with GP practices and other referrers.
Requirements:
  • The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • New Zealand Registration and current practicing certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in acute and chronic wound management, with a preference for burns experience.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
  • Caring nature and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional time management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong and effective communication skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to delivering the highest level of service to our clients.
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
