
Senior Customer Services Representitive

- Provide warehouse customers with a high level of service as their first point of contact.
- Respond to and resolve queries via phone and email, following up until resolved.
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports (DIFOT and others).
- Attend customer meetings and deliver presentations as required.
- Ensure all processes are documented and compliance standards are met.
- Support the Customer Services Manager with one-off tasks as needed.
- Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage competing priorities.
