The role allows you the opportunity to organise and coordinate administrative functions for Resident Medical Officers and work collaboratively within the RMO support unit. Positions are available up to 0.4FTE (32 hours per fortnight).Please to view the job description.Moū - About youWe are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is able to work effectively in pressure situations.
  • Ideally minimum 1-year Medical Reception/Medical Administration experience
  • Previous experience working with RMO’s (desired)
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal, and networker
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills and thinks outside the square.
  • Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Specialist roster management and workforce planning skills ensuring accuracy and continuity (Essential)
  • Advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Databases (Essential)
