This is a senior level Account Director opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio of high-value wholesale partnerships that are critical to 2degrees' long-term success. You'll be the primary point of contact for key national and international partners, aligning business objectives, driving joint initiatives, and ensuring mutual value creation.How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira
- 10+ years' experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or key account management
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts (500+ FTE) with strong commercial acumen
- Confidence leading strategic planning sessions and governance frameworks with national and international partners
- Experienced in identifying and structuring new opportunities that drive revenue and market share
- Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and collaborating across legal, finance, and technology teams
- Able to track KPIs, manage risks, and lead remediation and escalation processes
- Curious and informed about market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments
