Seeking a fun, people focused Store Manager for a very well known & successful retailer in St Lukes! Great salary package + achievable commission! Our client:
Our client, with a century-long history, is a leading member of a prestigious retail conglomerate in New Zealand and Australia. With 40 specialized stores across New Zealand, they pioneer the industry, offering top-notch products and a memorable customer experience.Key responsibilities of the Store Manager:

Managing 8 your sales team in a high-performing, stable setting
Leading your team to provide exceptional consultative in-store service
Stock management including visual merchandising
Completing daily & weekly reporting & various admin duties
Driving your team to achieve & exceed KPIs and sales Targets

You will bring:

2+ year of experience in retail store management
Passion for jewellery is advantageous
Strong consultative sales experience & ability to lead from the front
Ability to demonstrate a collaborative leadership approach
Proven sales success in a management capacity
Positive, outgoing, and driven attitude/approach is essential
Competent with admin / office / computers
