The same goes for the culture within the business, they are a tight-knit group where everybody has a voice.The RoleReporting into the Finance Manager and working in a wider team of 5, you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable process and banking. This is a contract role on a part-time basis with the potential to go permanent.Your duties will include:

Processing high volume accounts payable invoices through to Xero
Coding to the GL and communicating with internal stakeholders for authorisation
PO-matching and staff expenses
Weekly payment runs
Supplier reconciliations and queries
Bank reconciliations for 2 accounts
Managing petty cash
Credit card and DD reconciliations
Ad-hoc duties as required

Your profile:We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Clerk who has experience with full function Accounts Payables as well as being strong with excel and a passion for reconciliations.You will be working in a close-knit team so fit is important, they are looking for a down to earth individual who is happy to assist the whole team.
