The Role:We're on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Digger Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating heavy machinery to support a range of excavation, earthmoving, and construction activities. Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate diggers and other heavy equipment to carry out excavation and earthmoving tasks
Collaborate with the site supervisor to ensure work is completed efficiently and to specification
Transport and handle materials as required throughout the project
Follow all site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
7:00 am - 4:00 pm (start/finish times may vary depending on project requirements)

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating diggers or similar heavy machinery (civil or construction industry preferred)
WTR and full Class 1 license
Class 2 + preferred, but not essential
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
A strong team player with clear communication skills
