Lead with Impact: Guide cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, project managers, and operations.
Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement high-quality technical solutions aligned with business goals.
Champion Innovation: Promote continuous improvement initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
Design & Deliver: Contribute to architectural design and ensure robust implementation of scalable, future-ready solutions.
Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners, aligning technology with strategic priorities.

Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in technical operations
5+ years in leadership roles
Proven expertise in ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT frameworks
Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen
Change management, adaptability, and analytical decision-making
Strong technical knowledge in systems and infrastructure
