  • Lead with Impact: Guide cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, project managers, and operations.
  • Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee system performance, troubleshoot critical issues, and implement high-quality technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Champion Innovation: Promote continuous improvement initiatives and leverage data analytics to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design & Deliver: Contribute to architectural design and ensure robust implementation of scalable, future-ready solutions.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners, aligning technology with strategic priorities.

  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years in technical operations
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT frameworks
  • Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen
  • Change management, adaptability, and analytical decision-making
  • Strong technical knowledge in systems and infrastructure
