- Working professionally, cooperatively, and collaboratively in developing and maintaining box office systems that support all the Regent Theatre services.
- Maintaining good working relationships with all other staff to plan effectively to meet outcomes identified.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records and reports as required.
- Providing friendly, accessible and appropriate information to customers and visitors of the Regent Theatre as our first point of contact (telephone, email, fax, and person to person).
- Providing friendly, accessible, and appropriate information to other staff.
- Ensuring communication and database systems are effective in meeting needs of the Regent Theatre’s various operations accurately at all times.
- Operating professionally and with integrity at all times to ensure customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Ticket selling at the Regent Theatre for individual customers and groups; including in person, telephone, and hard ticketing when required (including door sales at other venues when necessary).
- Maintaining appropriate cash management systems (including EFTPOS, cash, and credit card transactions) to ensure accuracy of all financial reconciliations across various functions of the role.
- Proactively maintaining appropriate levels of industry knowledge in order to provide accurate, friendly, and accessible information to customers and visitors of the Regent Theatre as our first point of contact (telephone, email, fax, and person to person).
