- Lead the facility in all aspects including clinical safety, operations, relationship management, and people management.
- Be responsible for the strategic planning of the facility
- Manage the facility's assets and financial resources
- Grow and support staff development
- Effectively manage staffing levels
- Manage property to ensure high standards are maintained at all times
- Proven experience managing an aged care facility and retirement village
- The ability to foster positive relationships with residents, family members and employees
- Registered nurse background highly desirable but not essential
- Experience in audit management
- Staff management experience including management of rosters
- Knowledge of business management in this sector
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
