We're looking for a Principal Front-End Engineer to lead the design and development of our clients user-facing products and front-end platform. In this senior-level role you'll drive architectural decisions, champion front-end best practices, and play a key part in delivering our technical road-map.You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, influencing both technical and strategic direction while staying hands-on in coding, mentoring, and innovating.What You'll Do
  • Lead front-end architecture and system design for scalable, maintainable applications
  • Drive best practices in performance, testing, accessibility, and developer experience
  • Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to bring world-class experiences to life
  • Mentor and guide engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence
  • Influence and contribute to foundational work on our component library and design system
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and modern front-end testing tools like Vitest and Playwright
  • Strong understanding of build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or esbuild
  • Solid exposure to .NET technologies (e.g. .NET Core, .NET 7, C#, SQL Server, DynamoDB)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Jenkins)
  • Familiarity with AWS or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
  • Experience working with component libraries and design systems (e.g. Backlight, Storybook)
  • A strong foundation in leading technical discussions and influencing key decisions
  • Passion for developer experience, product quality, and building technical foundations
