In New Zealand our team numbers over 600 with Auckland being our hub of activity.What we need?We are currently looking for a Despatcher, someone who can deliver outstanding service to both our internal and external customers. You will have experience in a similar role and knowledge of transport and warehouse systems and process.Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for providing effective dispatch duties for our Auckland Transport Operation, which are Monday to Friday. Hours of work will be up to 50 hours per week, 13h30 to 23h30.The duties will include:
Rostering vehicles and drivers
Promoting a high standard of Health and Safety to achieve Vision Zero
Promoting and implementing operational KPIs
Ensuring all transport activities meet best practice and legal requirements.

Planning, rostering and organizational skills - to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Advanced geographical knowledge
Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Accuracy & attention to detail
Ability to negotiate and make good decisions in a stressful situation.
Leadership skills
OSH endorsed forklift (F) license advantage but not necessary.
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office applications, E - Cargo, Truckmate and SAP
Class 5 license would be an advantage not necessary.
