Maintenance Person

- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on cranes, tools, lifting gear, and plant equipment
- Carry out prompt repairs to minimise downtime
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset and compliance registers
- Coordinate inspections, test & tag, and external service providers as required
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and NZ legislation
- Liaise with production teams and management to plan and report maintenance activity
- Flexible but structured hours (to be agreed with successful candidate)
- Full-time role based in Bell Block, New Plymouth
- Proven experience in asset, plant, or crane maintenance in an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Organised, with attention to compliance and record-keeping
- Familiarity with NZ workplace health & safety standards
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and make sound maintenance decisions
