You will lead how we respond to the rollout of 33 new PHARMAC-funded medicines, ensuring patients get timely, effective care and services are ready to meet changing demand.You will be analysing data, forecasting patient needs, and planning capacity across Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Haematology, and Genetics Services. Working closely with clinicians and operational leaders, you will identify opportunities to improve services, embed equity and Māori health perspectives, and make sure resources are used effectively. Youll have excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, enabling you to build strong relationships and influence positive change across a wide range of stakeholders.A commitment to biculturalism and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori will be central to your practice, and youll understand how to embed these principles into everyday planning and service delivery. Technical skills in data analysis and logical problem-solving will support your ability to forecast demand and optimise capacity effectively.
