Regional Contractor needs a QS to join their fit out and extensions division. Solid stream of work coming in so need to grow the team.

Quantity Surveyors from Residential or commercial works will be considered
Perm role - Work within a company that has a solid secure forward work load
Strong management & strong support structure from QS Team

We are seeking a QS to become part of the cohesive and professional team within this well recognised regional commercial contractor within their fitout and extensions division. This position will see the successful candidate thriving in a multi project role working alongside a high performing commercial team with the ability to be totally hands on. You will be responsible for some pricing along with full contract administration duties, including progress claims, variations and preparation of budgets. You will be encouraged to develop and nurture long term client relations.This company has a solid and loyal client base and has enjoyed a strong period of growth in the BOP. This role will have you working on both small and large-scale projects.
We would like to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying
Solid experience in either commercial or residential Quantity Surveying
Efficient organisational and planning skills with an eye for detail
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Solid computer skills
NZ Drivers license
