- Greeting customers and assessing their service needs
- Consulting with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
- Recommending appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle inspections and customer input
- Coordinating service appointments and scheduling repairs with our skilled technicians
- Providing accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions
- Previous experience in automotive service advising in a franchise environment is required
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
