Employment Type: Full TimeWe are looking for a skilled Civil Machine Operator to join our team. This role will involve approximately 70/30, supporting a range of civil construction projects including earthworks, drainage, and roading.Key Responsibilities:Operate machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, and other plant (as required)Assist with general labouring tasks including site prep, pipe laying, and ground worksConduct daily pre-start checks and minor maintenance on equipmentRead and follow site plans and supervisor instructionsWork safely and efficiently within a team to meet project deadlinesRequirements:Full Class 1 Driver License (Class 2-4 preferred)WTR (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) endorsement essentialProven civil construction/machine operating experienceGood understanding of safe work practices, and work safe sitesReliable, physically fit, and a strong team playerGPS experience an advantage but not essentialWe Offer:Competitive pay with overtime opportunitiesVariety of work across different civil projectsSupportive team environment and well-maintained equipmentOngoing training and career development
