Due to strong growth potential and market share opportunity, they are adding headcount to their large finance team with a strong focus on strategy, modelling, budgeting and forecasting and partnering different business heads. If you want to join a dynamic organisation with a vibrant culture, this role is for you.The RoleThe role will form part of senior leadership within the business unit. It reports directly to a senior finance partner and has dotted lines to Head of Finance and GM's. Your key responsibilities, include:- Preparation of the monthly management accountants, providing variance analysis, and commentary- Assist the FBP Manager on modelling scenarios and business case preparation- Conducting ad hoc analysis for 3rd party requirements as required- Business Partner head of departments, GM's and other senior stakeholders as required to ensure financial stewardship within the business- Support KPI reporting both internally & externally- Own budgeting & forecasting processes- Other ad hoc reporting as required.Your profile:To be considered for this role, we are looking for an individual who has the following skills and attributes:

3+ years management accounting experience, able to demonstrate proven experience pulling together monthly management accounts
High commercial acumen
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Proven Stakeholder management skills
Strong excel capability with demonstrable exposure to modelling work
An analytical capability and an ability to translate financial information to operations
Strong attention to detail
A hands on approach to work
An ability to work as a team
