
Accounts Receivable Administrator

- Handle high-volume customer and stakeholder queries (100+ /day)
- Process daily bank reconciliations
- Send account statements and invoice copies upon request
- Set up new customer accounts including credit checks
- Process adjustment journals as required
- Maintain debtor records
- Reconcile key debtor accounts monthly
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the AR & Credit Manager
- Prior AR or finance admin experience is desirable, but we're open to a fast learner or someone steady with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work at pace and handle volume without dropping the ball
- Team-oriented with a good sense of humour - they're a focused, tight-knit bunch who also know when to have a laugh
