We know we can do this by supporting and maintaining the core systems we use today, while building intuitive and effective solutions that will allow us to help our customers into the future.nCino is the lending platform we have chosen to use for our business and corporate customers which is cloud based. It manages the creation and life cycle of the loan process. nCino is configured and built in Salesforce, bringing with it all of Salesforce functionalities and security features.You'll have the opportunity to get hands-on with some interesting and complex pieces of work that integrate on an enterprise scale.We advocate agile, fully cross functional teams which will take you through all facets of engineering and testing, in any given day. We are looking for a mix of Test management, QA, and technical test skills to support the following activities:

Reviewing requirements and specifications
Coming up with agile testing strategies and plans
Developing, maintaining and supporting test automation script.
Developing, maintaining and supporting performance testing test automation script.
Verifying and validating functionality being developed.
Setting / working on Test Life cycle
Working with key stakeholders to ensure Testing is performed end to end and released is managed well
Fostering proactive and continuous improvements within the test team and wider testing community.
Hands on skills, experience and working knowledge on testing automation.

If you have an eye on detail and likes to see how things work, you will have a lot of fun with us. You will work collaboratively with our squads and stakeholders to be the voice of test engineering and deliver products that delight our customers.We are looking for someone who has:

10+ years of software test engineering experience with both manual and test automation experience.
Desktop, Web and API Test automation experience with C# (or any programming/scripting language). Preferably Accelq Test Automation Tool.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines. Preferably on Salesforce
Financial/Banking/Insurance domain experience
Proven knowledge across functional, system, integration, and end to end testing.
Produce/contribute/maintain test artefacts including cross system E2E scenarios.
API testing experience using Postman or similar tool.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Good understanding and experience of working using Agile principles.

In addition, the following would be an advantage:

Working knowledge of performance testing preferably Load Runner
Complex enterprise systems experience
Experience with CRM applications like SAP, Salesforce etc.
Certified in ISTQB Fundamentals
