- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and SOQL.
- Translate business needs into robust technical solutions and detailed specifications.
- Build and enhance custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Maintain and optimise existing Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold development best practices around code quality, performance, and security.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, and automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Platform Developer II or other certifications preferred.
- Comfortable with version control (e.g., Git) and Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation in Salesforce environments.
- Background in Agile/Scrum delivery.
