Looking for Hygiene Operators to join a busy Night Shift team at a Food Manufacturing Plant.About the Role:

Shift Pattern - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Night shifts from 21:45 - 06:00
Shift allowance of $8 per shift
Mt Wellington based

Responsibilities:

Ensure that equipment is cleaned to the approved methods.
Production lines are effectively de-kitted, and parts returned to the correct location after cleaning.
Ensure that quality, safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Ensure that all machinery is isolated prior to cleaning and that any electrical equipment is suitably protected from potential water damage.
Ensure that records are kept of all cleans including the environment.

Skills required:

Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
Basic Chemical awareness
Competent in Cleaning Instruction Card methods of cleaning
H&S risk assessment trained
HACCP training course
CIP experience preferred
Be relatively physically fit and able to do some manual lifting
Have a solid understanding of GMP and food production-related hygiene standards
Be able to provide 2x work related references
