- Night shifts from 21:45 - 06:00
- Shift allowance of $8 per shift
- Mt Wellington based
- Ensure that equipment is cleaned to the approved methods.
- Production lines are effectively de-kitted, and parts returned to the correct location after cleaning.
- Ensure that quality, safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Ensure that all machinery is isolated prior to cleaning and that any electrical equipment is suitably protected from potential water damage.
- Ensure that records are kept of all cleans including the environment.
- Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
- Basic Chemical awareness
- Competent in Cleaning Instruction Card methods of cleaning
- H&S risk assessment trained
- HACCP training course
- CIP experience preferred
- Be relatively physically fit and able to do some manual lifting
- Have a solid understanding of GMP and food production-related hygiene standards
- Be able to provide 2x work related references
