Personal Assistant - Project Strategy and DeliveryTe whiwhinga mahi | The opportunityA key partner to our General Manager of Project Strategy & Delivery, this opportunity will suit those who are collaborative, proactive, engaging, and want to make a great contribution to the business outcomes.There is genuine opportunity to shape a strong partnering relationship with the General Manager, Operations Manager and the team.Our team deliver a huge range of exciting projects to create better outcomes for New Zealanders - from airports, transport, education and tourism.We will value your insight to anticipate and navigate changing day-to-day priorities while keeping an eye on the long-term patterns and helping make strategy happen.Part of the role will be about supporting the leaders in creating and promoting a culture of empowering people, excellent project delivery and inclusive leadership.We are constantly seeking to re-define and re-imagine how we deliver our projects and consulting advice. This requires some 'out of the box' thinking and creativity to help with the presentation and delivery of key communiques, management presentation and career planning.You'll have access to a support team who provide creative design support; people and culture advice; and the chance to apply your own flair to bring it all together and support business performance and growth for our team.Mōu ake | About youYou will be a self-starter with initiative and enthusiasm, keen to learn and be part of team goals, excited by strategic change to achieve team goals and outcomes.You're an experienced PA, adept at balancing multiple and changing priorities. You are confident to engage at all levels of the business - you understand the value of a phone call and the human element of 'getting stuff done' - whether autonomously or collaboratively.Proficient in a Microsoft 365 environment and at ease in a digital workspace for document management and sharing, you'll be an advocate of new ways of working, leveraging our strong digital platform for delivery and communication.Your positive energy, eye for detail, solution focus and sense of humour will be a good fit for the team and will positively impact internal and external relationships, contributing to your success and enjoyment.Ko tā mātou hei hoatu | What we offer
