- Lead content planning and homepage updates in line with the trade calendar.
- Support the planning and delivery of Major Trade Events.
- Manage end to end digital campaign delivery, from briefing through to execution and testing.
- Understand how can drive the best business outcomes by reviewing the full customer journey.
- Understand and grasp the role of channels and the jobs to do at the different stages of the funnel.
- Make sure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard, with accurate assets, pricing and copy.
- Align onsite content with EDM and marketing activity.
- Review and improve customer journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion.
- Optimise search and navigation for better product discoverability.
- Monitor campaign performance and share insights to drive improvements.
- Support the use of CX frameworks for the online environment.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of onsite journeys and digital campaign mechanics.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage different stakeholders.
- A results driven mindset and commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Google Analytics capability.
- Experience with content management systems and campaign delivery platforms.
- Familiarity with search and navigation tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Basic HTML skills.
- Wider marketing experience.
