- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Use tools like JIRA, Visio, and Power BI to support delivery
- Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities and shape solutions
- Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder engagement
- Align work with organisational strategy and future-state goals
- Support capability building and contribute to a collaborative team culture
- 5-10 years years' experience in business analysis
- Strong facilitation and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in business case development, process improvement, and solution design
- Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Agile)
- Commitment to equitable outcomes and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Knowledge of te ao Māori is an advantage
