About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established and busy general practice law firm. This role will see you supporting a friendly, collaborative team with a strong focus on residential conveyancing. From file management and document preparation to Landonline transactions and client liaison, you'll be involved in all aspects of the conveyancing process.Key responsibilities:Preparing and managing engagement letters, legal documents, and correspondenceHandling Landonline transactions and preparing e-dealings for settlementLiaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other partiesPreparing invoices, settlement statements, and client statementsManaging calendars, scheduling meetings, and supporting file/document managementPerforming title searches and managing AML compliance documentationFile closing and general administrative supportSkills and Experience
