We pride ourselves on having a strong focus on customer service, and its success is reliant on effective communication and teamwork.This role will see you primarily focusing your attention to the overall needs of the unit. This role is within a clinical environment, and as an exceptional team player you will need to be able to take instruction and direction from the nurses on the ward, whilst having a helpful and team focused approach to making a real difference to the patients under our care.As Healthcare Assistant you will be involved in:
supporting our nurses and other members of the healthcare team
patient supervision and/or movement
patient cares, as required
stock reconciliation
ward maintenance
patient watch, with one on one care as required
