- Proven experience in a similar role as a National Sales Manager.
- Strong understanding of strategic business planning and implementation.
- Ability to develop effective training programmes for sales teams.
- Experience in setting ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills to report on progress effectively.
