This role is integral in creating and implementing strategic business and sales plans across all regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing village sales teams, setting sales goals based on knowledge of village selling patterns, and establishing marketing strategies. Their commitment to linking the charge for their service to the actual service they provide ensures that they maintain high standards at all times.The role:As a National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's business. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of developing village sales teams, creating robust marketing strategies, and setting ambitious yet achievable sales goals. Your ability to monitor, review, and adjust the sales and marketing programme will be crucial in securing applications, settlements, and planning long-term sales strategies. Your commitment to ensuring that all village sales enquiries are followed up accurately will contribute significantly to the success of the business.What you'll do:
  • Developing and managing sales teams in all villages.
  • Establishing training programmes and setting sales progress plans.
  • Creating marketing strategies.
  • Setting and adjusting sales goals based on knowledge of village selling patterns.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the sales and marketing programme for obtaining prospects and leads for the villages.
  • Ensuring that village sales representatives are following up and recording all village sales enquiries fully and accurately.
  • Reporting weekly on all progress made on sales, re-sales calls, responses, and current position.
  • Complying with all policies and procedures of the company.
What you bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a National Sales Manager.
  • Strong understanding of strategic business planning and implementation.
  • Ability to develop effective training programmes for sales teams.
  • Experience in setting ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
  • Excellent communication skills to report on progress effectively.
  • Understanding of compliance procedures within the industry.
