- General office administration, including maintaining and updating our candidate management database
- Onboarding and processing new job seekers
- Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Supporting a high volume of job seekers from diverse backgrounds
- Managing client requirements and building strong relationships
- Coordinating the daily logistics of a large mobile workforce
- Supporting health and safety processes, including recording inductions, assessments, and observations
- A positive attitude with excellent people skills and strong time management
- Experience with database management and administration
- A genuine passion for customer service and working with people
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and remain composed under pressure
- A great sense of humour and willingness to contribute to a fun, team-focused environment
- Experience working within health & safety policy and processes
