Excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate with construction experience. All the hallmarks of a quality role; an expansive and solid client base, excellent mentoring and plenty of scope to grow as you further hone your legal skills. Very good support and you will work closely, one-on-one with the Partners. Their work style is inclusive and consultative with an excellent focus on open communication, both within the team and with the partnership. You will quickly be exposed to all types of dispute resolution forums, including adjudication, mediation, arbitration, as well as High Court proceedings.The Ideal You
Ideally, you will have solid academics with approximately 6 years' experience (more or less) in a range of disputes and be familiar with conducting mediations and arbitrations. This may be from either a top tier firm, well-regarded mid-tier or boutique firm or even a large provincial practice. You will have developed strategic capability and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.Next steps:
