✅ What We're Looking For:
- Valid New Zealand crane operating tickets (NZQA Unit Standards / NZ Class CCO preferred)
- Extensive experience operating crawler cranes on piling jobs (bored piles, driven piles, or CFA)
- Solid understanding of site safety, lift plans, and crane maintenance
- Ability to work in a team and follow directions with precision and professionalism
- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Operating crawler cranes on piling and foundation works
- Assisting with rigging, lifting, and site prep
- Daily maintenance and safety checks on crane equipment
- Collaborating with site supervisors and ground crew to ensure safe, efficient operations
