As Regional Group Manager – Clinical, you'll support the delivery of Hauora Māori services across Te Waipounamu, ensuring they are whānau-centred, regionally responsive, and grounded in Te Ao Māori.You'll work closely with regional teams, hospital services, and Māori providers to ensure services are clinically sound, culturally anchored, and aligned with the aspirations of Pae Ora.Your leadership will influence:
Regional clinical planning and service delivery
Integration of Māori models of care
Stronger connections between hospital services and Māori health partners

A relevant tertiary qualification and current Annual Practising Certificate
A Professional Development Recognition Portfolio (PDRP)
5+ years in senior leadership or advisory roles
Proven Māori leadership experience and the ability to lead in kaupapa Māori contexts
