As Regional Group Manager – Clinical, you'll support the delivery of Hauora Māori services across Te Waipounamu, ensuring they are whānau-centred, regionally responsive, and grounded in Te Ao Māori.You'll work closely with regional teams, hospital services, and Māori providers to ensure services are clinically sound, culturally anchored, and aligned with the aspirations of Pae Ora.Your leadership will influence:
  • Regional clinical planning and service delivery
  • Integration of Māori models of care
  • Stronger connections between hospital services and Māori health partners

We bring together leaders across Medical, Nursing, Midwifery, Allied Health, Mental Health & Addiction to design and deliver a coordinated, values-based approach to Māori health. We're not just improving care — we're redefining it.About YouYou're a clinical leader with a deep understanding of Māori health and a drive to make a difference. You bring strategic insight, operational experience, and a strong ability to influence across complex systems.You'll bring:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification and current Annual Practising Certificate
  • A Professional Development Recognition Portfolio (PDRP)
  • 5+ years in senior leadership or advisory roles
  • Proven Māori leadership experience and the ability to lead in kaupapa Māori contexts
