BestStart Sir Tristram Avenue is looking for a passionate, dedicated Qualified and Registered Teacher to join our friendly, supportive team. This role can be working alongside our under 2 or over 2 year old tamariki, depending on where your strengths and passion lie. You'll be part of the daily running of the room, building strong relationships with tamariki, whānau, and your fellow teachers.Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac next to Te Rapa Racecourse, our large, modern centre offers calm, thoughtfully designed spaces that encourage respect for one another and our environment.At BestStart Sir Tristram Avenue, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. About the role

Permanent, full-time (40 hours, Monday-Friday)
Lead with passion, share our values, and foster growth in others
Proven leadership experience in an ECE setting
BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
Strong knowledge of programme planning, pedagogy, curriculum, and ECE regulations
Commitment to delivering quality teaching and learning
