Qualifications
Experience in a Front Office or Reception role at a medium-to-large Hotel is advantageous, but not required
A people person with a natural ability to connect with guests and make them feel at home, no matter where they're from
Organized and great with time management, with strong written and verbal communication skills to match
A team player who loves working in a fast-paced environment but can also take charge and work independently when needed
