Based from our Waipawa Depot, you will operate across a range of situations including high shoulder removal, unsealed road maintenance and pavement construction.Experience in final trim is advantageous but not essential - if you are dedicated and have a keenness to learn, we still want to talk with you! Other responsibilities will include:

Helping with safe site setup for your crew and the general public
Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
Working as part of a cohesive team to deliver to client requirements

Nga pūkenga matua | Important SkillsWith an eye for detail and a steady hand, you will be confident in operating heavy grading machinery and delivering quality results. You will also have:

Minimum Class 2 + WTR endorsements
A commitment to safe working practices
The flexibility to work shift work as required
Have a positive 'can-do' attitude
