  • Leadership experience.
  • Ideally 10 years payroll work experience.
  • Have had at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the interpretation of the Holidays Act 2003.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis & reporting tools.
  • Methodical, good problem solver and data-driven in decision making.
