Leadership experience.
Ideally 10 years payroll work experience.
Have had at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of the interpretation of the Holidays Act 2003.
Proficient in the use of relevant data analysis & reporting tools.
Methodical, good problem solver and data-driven in decision making.
