This is a rotational position, which provides the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience over a variety of clinical areas, including inpatients, outpatients and community. The Physiotherapist works closely as part of the multidisciplinary team.Rotations are for 6 months. This position would suit a new graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience. If you are an enthusiastic team player and have a flexible work approach then this may be the post for you. We provide clinical supervision and encourage ongoing professional development. This is a permanent, fulltime position.About the Team/Service/LocationThe Physiotherapy Department provides physiotherapy services to patients/clients within the hospital setting and in the community.Services are provided on all of the inpatient wards including Medical Assessment and Planning Unit (MAPU) and Emergency Department (ED). Outpatient and community services are provided within the Hospital, in outpatient clinics or within the patients/clients home.About you
  • Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board and current APC
  • Good communication skills written and verbal with clients and colleagues
